Dinshiya Usman is a Town Planner, a geographic information systems analyst and researcher. He has been a religious farmer and entrepreneur for over two decades, he specializes in livestock management and crop production. He is a pioneer Taraba state coordinator of the defunct Presidential Committee on Northeast Initiative (PCNI) which was subsumed to North East Development Commission from (2016-2022). He is happily married with children.
